ASSESSMENT

In each category, participants will receive:

  • Gold plaque with praise for achieving 95,00 to 100 points;
  • Gold plaque for achieving 90,00 to 94,99 points;
  • Silver plaque for achieving 85,00 to 89,99 points;
  • Bronze plaque for achieving 80,00 to 84,99 points;
  • Recognition of participation for achieving 79,99 points and below.

When evaluating, the jury consider the technical preparation, the correctness of the musical notation, the musicality and the overall impression of the participant of the competition. The jury expects a technically and character-diverse programme, with which each contestant presents himself as comprehensively as possible.

Junior Category

The highest ranked competitor in Junior Category receives a special award for the most promising young percussionist in the Junior Category. In addition to the plaque or the award, the most promising young percussionist awardee receives a practical award*.

From second place onwards, the competitors are listed in the results table according to the plaque achieved and in alphabetical order. The exact order of the competitors remains anonymous.

1st, 2nd and 3rd Category

In 1st, 2nd and 3rd Category, regardless of the points achieved, for the first, second and third place, candidates receive a laureate in addition to the plaque:

  • First place award
  • Second place award
  • Third place award

From 4th place onwards, the competitors are listed in the results table according to the plaque achieved and in alphabetical order. The exact order of the competitors remains anonymous.

In case that two or more participants of the competition are equally evaluated (points achieved) in one of the first three places, the prize is awarded to the younger of the two or among all equally evaluated.

*PRACTICAL AWARDS ARE AWARDED ONLY IN CATEGORIES, WHERE THERE ARE TEN (10) OR MORE CONTESTANTS.
