Domen Gracej was born on October 18, 1990, in Slovenj Gradec, Slovenia. He is the recipient of numerous awards at national and international competitions. He completed his primary and secondary music education under the mentorship of Professor Damjan Damjanovič. In 2014, he graduated with distinction from the postgraduate program at the Academy of Music in Ljubljana, in the class of Full Professor Stanko Arnold.

He has collaborated with the Central European Youth Symphony Orchestra, the Ars Musicae Orchestra from Klagenfurt, the Slovenian Philharmonic Orchestra, the SNG Opera and Ballet Ljubljana, and the RTV Slovenia Symphony Orchestra, with which he has also performed as a soloist. He is also a regular collaborator with Bleeding Fingers, Hollywood’s leading music production company, headed by Hans Zimmer.

He has refined his skills in masterclasses with world-renowned professors such as Reinhold Friedrich, Otto Sauter, Laura Vukobratović, Marco Pierobon, among others. In 2014, he performed as a soloist during Marco Pierobon’s tour of Slovenia.

In recent years, he has also established himself as a composer and music producer. He has performed on concert stages across Asia, Europe, the United States, Canada, and beyond.
