JURY (2025)

In the woodwinds, two panels of judges are formed. The first panel evaluates performances of flutists, clarinetists, and saxophonists, while the second panel evaluates performances of oboists and bassoonists.

The jury is composed of internationally recognized musicians and educators from at least two countries, who evaluate the competitors in secret and independently from one another, scoring them from 0 to 100 points and deciding on the awarding of special prizes. The evaluation criteria include technical proficiency, accuracy of musical notation performance, musicality, and the overall impression of the competition participant. The jury expects competitors to present a technically and characteristically diverse program, allowing each participant to showcase their abilities as comprehensively as possible.

The members of the jury for 2025 will be announced no later than February 1, 2025.
