The professional jury consists of internationally recognised teachers from at least two countries. For the woodwind competition, two separate juries are formed: one for flute, clarinet and saxophone, and another for oboe and bassoon.
The jury evaluates technical preparation, accuracy of the performance, musicality and the overall impression of each competitor. Competitors are expected to present a technically and stylistically varied programme that allows them to demonstrate their musical abilities as fully as possible.
The jury members for 2027 have not yet been announced.
